Some 40 years ago, Ivan Paul Cohen set out to create an enduring law firm at the intersection of law and business - one with an entrepreneurial spirit, committed to doing what’s right and dedicated to putting superior quality and economically efficient legal services, tailored to each client’s needs, within reach of every client.
